1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
When you submit the contact form we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, the topic you select (procurement partnership or renovations) and the content of your message. We do not knowingly collect data from visitors under 16 years of age.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
We process this data to respond to your enquiry, assess your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or quote. Depending on the situation this is based on: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries sent to us (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and periodically review and remove messages from enquiries that did not lead to further cooperation. As a general guideline, we aim not to retain enquiry emails that led nowhere for longer than 12 months, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or to comply with a legal/tax obligation (e.g. Dutch tax law requires certain business records to be kept for 7 years).
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your data. Your message is processed by our hosting provider, VH.pl (Poland), which hosts our website and mailboxes as our data processor. We have appropriate agreements in place with our processor(s) to ensure your data is handled securely and only on our instructions.
6. International data transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. All fonts and other website assets are hosted on our own server rather than loaded from third-party services.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR/AVG, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@windowsandmore.nl.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. HTTPS is enforced across this website, our mailboxes are password-protected and accessible only to staff who need them, and our hosting provider applies its own security measures and backups at server level.
9. Cookies
This website does not use cookies of any kind — no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when our services, providers, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is always the current one.
